Dim Vach’s debut album is all-encompassing, comprising of different kinds of compositions, dispositions, soundscapes and experimentations. Never latching onto one particular genre or style and using rough and weird sounds, voices and sound artefacts, it deals with redefinition as a social phenomenon that does or should take place in all aspects of human life. Travelling from a simple love story to chaotic circumstances of war, introspection and roaming. The inspiration for “Redefine” ’s cover art, is a famous Odysseas Elytis quote: “If you take Greece apart, you will be left with an olive tree, a vineyard and a boat …which means that with these items you can rebuild it…”
